Good location
Threadbare towels always tell me that the hotel is not really concerned about their guests. The small refrigerator would not cool our drinks well and was essentially useless. Checkout was a pain in the butt whilst waiting about 15 minutes in the lobby for someone to check the room.

Decent hotel for the price.
We moved from a more expensive hotel "The nap" next door as we needed to reduce costs. It was decent for the price.

Horrible hotel
Very bad hotel for a 4 stars. They don't provide any conform and the rooms sting. The hotel reception staff was very rude!
Missing a tuk tuk to bring me to the nearest BTS! I lived on the 16th floor, wonderful overview of the city! You didn't heard the noise from the streets! The service seems to forgot us most of time, we need to call for her many times!!
The hotel will be closed early December for a 12 month overdue remodel.the staff were very good but the facilities were very poor rooms never had floors cleaned coffee sugar milkpoor cheap price far too high.

Not a good place to stay
Better value for money can be found, rooms old and well worn, very dark in rooms, light bulbs all look like 3w bulbs.Very miserable in corridors and rooms due to dim lighting. Starbucks in lobby expensive.

Hotel needs refurbishment
The hotel is tired and needs updating. My room had a square of carpet 30cm x30cm patched in the centre of the room, only 2bath towels, no hand towels or face towels. No free water. Mini bar not stocked even in the suite I was staying in. Staff were helpful. Location was close to nightlife but noisy outside even around the pool, which was incidentally very clean unlike the rest of the hotel.
This hotel is now really run down and in serious need of repair. One elevator did not accept the card and was therefor useless.
Furniture was very worn.
The good news is that I heard they just got new owners and were going to shut down soon for total refurbishing :)
I had reservations about this hotel prior to arriving and sadly they proved to be correct,
The cleanliness of the room was the worst I have ever seen at a hotel I have stayed at. The sink was filthy, amen tires, taps etc had not been cleaned for days, mildew covered the place
There were woman hairs all over the floor and in the shower
The decor of the rooms was something out of the 90s. Tv very basic
Would never stay there again!
We arrived late late after flying all day and there was some confusion at check in about our reservation. This caused me to wait 15 minutes while they sorted it out which wasn't a great start to the stay. The other hotel employees were very polite and helpful. This is located close to many bars and food stands so good for a quick stop in Bangkok. Hotel is a little run down but acceptable.

Not bad
The hotel is generally good but needs some improvement. The shower and lighting makes the hotel 5 stars but the bed and floor mat drags it to 2 or 3 star. Improvements on the later would greatly raise the hotel's standard and match up with the money paid.
Great location right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sukumvit 11. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Staff were great and made us a take-away fruit breakfast as we had to leave before the breakfast place opened.
Very well located on popular Soi 11, particularly if you like nightlife suitable for couples. Also close to Nana Skytrain station so transportation is easy. The hotel itself is more than OK, but could do with a re-furbish in the next few years. Friendly staff and good pool area (although not for kids maybe) adds to the good experience. My only disappointment was that the only towels in the room were the bath towels. Other than that, no complaints.
The hotel was nice but nothing special. There is a restaurant and starbucks in the lobby - which is convienent. The wifi comes and goes but is generally okay.
good central location - disappointing management >
The hotel refused to provide free breakfast. i had to pay,
The hotel charged me 50 percent of room rate to check out at 4.00 pm
In spite of my request for compliment transport from and to airport, i was charged 1000 bht.
wifi in room does not function and have to seek assistance every now and then, less towels in the bathroom.
All good. overall good experience. One thing to note that hotel does not provide milk powder and complementary water so you need to buy from nearby shop.
