Very disappointed. This was my favorite hotel three years ago and now I will not go back there. They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose. Very upset. I will not be back. Saavy traveler from Los Angeles.

This is a nice clean hotel just off the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit. The staff is top notch and the rooms are clean. The pool area and gym are enough to get a nice swim and a work out. It is a very good value for the area. I left my bag there for several days while travelling throughout Thailand. It is a very safe location and highly recommend it while staying in Bangkok. I will be staying there again!

Amazing time at the hotel parinda. Family of 6 enjoyed the pool, workout room, restaurant and Bangkok. Staff was super friendly and rooms were amazing.
