It was adaquate. About a 1-2 ☆ Rating .l had to ask for clean towels...they never cleaned or tidied your room..or tidied up..had to remind them to clean basin and toilet !!..They need a rubber shower floor mat as the tiles are very slippery..
l could tolerate the road noise...Their 2 cats were lovely.. The fellas are nice enough..
Toilet is big for single occupy room. Location is near to Saphan Taksin BTS but busy road at traffic light. Walking distance about 3 to 5 minutes to BTS. Some part of toilet wall paint is fall out. Water heater is spoilt (not hot) when check in. Toiletries like shower gel, tooth brush only provided upon request. Really very budget type hotel.
Amazing location, cleanliness great for a budget accommodation

Took a single room with private bath. The bed is not very comfortable and bathroom walls are peeling. But, bathroom is clean and there's warm water supply!
Stayed in a suite with private toilet in January with my BF.
This is one of the best hostel that I've stayed around saphan taksin area.
The hostel is right beside the famous "ghost tower" (which is forbidden to enter if you are thinking of going...).
The room is clean and spacious, but the downside is everyday we had to climb up/down 5 floors. However, the owner was very accommodating and letting us put our heavy shopping items on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our shopping up!
Definitely worth to stay, it's near the BTS and also a famous temple (but we didn't have time to go) and given the price, there's nothing much more you can ask for! I will definitely book my next stay this month again~
Also had to apologize as one of the delivery came in the middle of the night and apparently woke other guests up.
I checked out after 1 hour. The room was a travesty & grossly over priced - barely worth 500 baht. Given a worn out hand towel on check in that could not have been used as a bath towel. Mattress was a total disgrace - my dog would not have slept in it. There was a large crack theough the bottom of the wall you could see through.

Not what looks like in picture
Room does not look like picture and it doesn't come with amenities no towels no rope no slippers is very bare minimum a little price is cheap that is what you will get Expedia should investigate the hotels themselves. Then give their own review .
A very terrible experience. No fridge, no tv, no pillow case, no bed sheet!!!!! Until I complain then they provide pillow case, bed sheet.... Owner try to be nice with me by giving me a beer but I still have to say the truths. It was stated there the room have a tv and fridge. Owner said they do not a room with fridge and tv.... But their advertising they do have it.... I told him I want to checkout morning 7 am but nobody was there!!!! No refund my the key door money for me!!!! The bathroom doesn't have hanger to hang towel and clothes!!!!! No phone to call the counter.
Other room complain the light bulb spoilt. I saw written in a paper.
Rooms are very clean and beds are relatively comfortable. Showers are spacious and clean, but the water could be hotter. It is lukewarm at best. Sai, the hostel owner is very kind and friendly if you have chance to chat with him. The other attendants who are sometimes at the front desk are not too welcoming and dont really speak English which makes it difficult if assistance is needed. This hostel is next to the Sathorn Unique building - a must-see for those adventurous urban explorers. Will book this hostel again the next time I visit Bangkok.

great location but poor service
My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights while travelling in Bangkok. My first impression of this hotel is that the photos on hotel.com are not real (like from design studio). Honestly, the room was so dusty and it wasn’t equipped with bath towel. The bathroom too wasn’t equipped with hanger. And later we had problems with the TV set and called down to the front desk for help. The girl in reception is unfriendly and unprofessional. The girl answered and told us probably we need to enter the password. And she promised that she will fix the problem when we come back to the hotel at night. At the same time, we did request for a bath towel from that girl. But then when we came back at night, we discovered that NOTHING has been done by that girl. It’s just an EMPTY PROMISE! we feel disappointed of the service that provided.
Staff are nice, room is fine, exactly a hostel you are looking for if you are on budget.

Good Location Lack of essential facilities
Convenient location, just next to BTS and Pier. It's just a very basic hostel, my room has just a bed, nothing else. They should have done proper decorations before rented it out. If you are just after somewhere to squeeze in, with the price you won't be disappointed.
This hostel has only opened recently. I found it on only one of the hostel booking websites that I visit, and I'm very glad I made this choice. The rates are excellent and the beds are super comfortable and clean. I was very happy with the service - the staff know some English at least and are really friendly and helpful. The hostel is located far in Bangkok's South, but right next to Central Quay and the SKYTRAIN...most useful for getting into the other parts of the city by river, and getting to and from the airport. It is close to River City, maybe 20-25min walk along Charoen Krung. Unfortunately it was difficult to find when I first arrived, as the Soi was not listed (it is next to Soi Charoen Krung 51 and a Pizza Hut).

Close to the ferry and the sky train.
Not really a backpackers location but good if you want a base to travel from as the transport links are great.
