Amazing lobby and great food. Spa was fantastic. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because of poor hot water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful airport hotel with a tunnel connecting the hotel to Bangkok airport. The train into Bangkok can be caught in the tunnel. I went to the Silom area from the hotel on the train and it was very easy. The swimming pool area is very beautiful

We stayed here before flying out the next day. They provide a shuttle which was nice, but we did walk from our gate to the hotel via an underground walkway in about ten minutes. Friendly staff, nice pool, clean facilities

The young lady checking me in set the tone for a wonderful stay. She was pleasant and efficient! The pool area was very relaxing and good food. I will stay here in the future prior to departure flights. Yes, it is more but you nearly always pay extra for convenience and it was much less hassle staying next to the airport. All the staff were excellent and the spaciousness of the lobby/ restaurant was enjoyable. Oh, and the best strawberry daiquiri ever at the pool bar!

If you’re flying in/out of BKK and connecting with ground or air transport this is the go to hotel. Stayed here many times. So convenient. Free car parking, good food, reasonably priced, great hot shower, rooms have view of gardens, or the pool, or grassy yard areas. Literally 10 walk indoors from arrival hall or to flight check in.

Love the location. We’ve stayed here many times because of its convenience to BKK. It would be nice if we were remembered after sooooo many visits though. The facility is due for an upgrade. The cooling system is good but moisture damage is obvious throughout. Excellent comfy beds and pillows. Just the right amount of softness. Will be back many more times.

A very expensive branded airport hotel . Hotel is very dated and our room smelt damp and dusty. 15 mins walk from lobby to room so you deal with it in tiredness ! Paying for convenience and a pit stop to recharge if there is a long transit in BKK airport. Go to sukhumvit soi 18 instead for better options.
