The staff went out of their way to address our needs. They deserve a thumbs up for their services. This is a what I would call a “budget” hotel for an overnight stay. For the price and location, it was a really nice hotel, i.e. clean rooms, lobby, eating areas, etc. Unfortunately, the television had no English speaking channels or English subtitles, which makes it a long night. The buffet breakfast was ok… it provided a variety and most individuals seemed to be enjoying it. I guess I just need more fruit, dried fruit for cereal, and an assortment of pastries. Other than that, it’s affordable and well-kept.

It was a quite location and several places to eat by walking around. Helpful staffs especially Bae from the front desk with her recommendations. All of the front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. I travel with my mom so we took taxi everywhere. The front desk call taxi for us as we needed. Will definitely stay there again if I come back in the area.

It was bad because of the Chinese nationals who were loud, noisy, inconsiderate at the hotel. Just feel sick and tired of looking and hearing them. Unfortunately will not be back again.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. Seems to cater more toward Chinese clients. Good Chinese or Asian breakfast, but the Eggs and potatoes for the western style were cold, would have been good if they were heated. Room was fine, bathroom was really small, but clean. It is also not too far from the airport. The only real negative was the sound proofing of the room. You could easily hear people in the hall. Unfortunately for us, there was a large group of Asian (Chinese?) teens staying there who seemed to think it was just fine to get drunk and congregate in the hall to talk loudly and pound on each others doors at midnight.
