Unfortunately I had to wait for over 10 minutes to fully check out. I checked out but was asked to stay for 5 to 10 minutes at the chair in front of the front desk. I waitied for almost 15 mintes and was finally told that there were no problem. The front desk lady did not give me a receipt before I asked for it. She was not rude at all but did not explained to me why I had to wait for such a long time after I gave back my room key to check out.

A friend recommended this hotel as it's close to Huai Kwang MRT and away from the more central and busy touristy areas. When I was there though, the hotel was busy and filled with tourists from China and Myanmar. Staff in general are very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel and loved the options such as noodle soup, congee, scramble eggs and more.
