Very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The room has a great bed, very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful especially since I misplaced my cables and they loaned me everything I needed.

Good location close to BTS and MRT. More than I usually pay, but worth it, I think. Very professional staff. Modern and clean, if a bit small, rooms. The only thing negative I could say is that yhe fridge was unadjustable and not very cold.

The last day of the trip there was no power in the hotel and we had to move to another hotel. After some discussions they were kind to drop us at the other hotel. We had to pay for the room in the new hotel. Galeria said they would pay back the money for the night. More than a week ago and still not received the money from them on my credit card. Now I have to call them to sort this out. Just frustrated about this. This could have been dealt way better.

Excellent sleeping
We had really pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, the location is excellent, really close to the metro and the skytrain but far enought from the main street that you can sleep without any disturbances. We slept here three nights and never heard anything during the night. There was some funky things in the hotel like in the shower the hot side adjusted cold water and vise versa and the do not disturb light will go off when you leave the room, but overally very excellent hotel for the price. The pool was very good, the bed was super comfortable and the ac was working flawlessly! We really slept well in the hotel!
