Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Average room. Worst front desk.
The hotel is tucked at the back of soi 5 and 7 ( 7 is a one way street out, tell taxis go to in via soi5).
Front desk was pathetic. They kept our passports without telling us they intended to keep it permanently, we thought they would be returned to us after processing. Consistently not at the front desk, and their idea of a key drop was to leave all the keys on the desk giving anyone full access to them. We returned once to no doorman and no front desk, we reached over to grab our own keys and let outselves in. No one at front desk reacted when we came down. They probably didnt even know we reached over and took our own keys. There were at least 7 other keys there, we could have just let ourselves into all their rooms. NOT SAFE. Thank god we didnt leave our passports with them.
The rooms were not clean. The balcony was never swept, also, all the outdoor units for aircons are blowing hot air in your face if you sit on the balcony.
There were items like coins, empty cigg packs, rubber bands strewn on shelves.
Beds were on wheels. Which wouldnt lock!! why on earth would permanent beds need to have wheels on them? No luggage rack.
Toilets were pretty good and clean. NO tissues in room, we bought our own. Not a deal breaker just that i'd expect some boxes for the price we paid. Approx (6000THB a night for a 2 bedroom unit).
Too summarise, Not the worst but not worth the price really. Rooms were ok. Front desk was pathetic. Security lapses for days.
