The A-Port hotel is THE hotel to stay at, even if just for a few hours. It’s convenient to the airport and the taxi fare was just 133 baht.
Room is okay. Bed was FIRM. No toilet paper or shower curtain, but there was facial tissue available. Soap smelled a bit industrial, but definitely workable for a 1 day/night kind of stay.
Staff was extremely helpful. Elevator fully functional. Curtains worked well to block out the sunlight, so I could rest my jet-lagged body.
The medium sized refrigerator was very functional and stocked with free bottled water, which was very refreshing.
Nearby is a 7-11 for additional drinks, snacks and foods.
No complaints from me. Not a lot of amenities, but had the basics covered. I’d consider staying at A-Port again.
Next door looked is a building being torn down and it’s definitely an eyesore, but that should not deter anyone from staying at this great hotel.
