"I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions...

"It's a simple, no-frills, and functional place. Nothing fancy about the rooms, which is what I was looking for. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff all around. The breakfast is quite good and did have healthy options. One quibble: The WiFi limits to two devices, but they need to be able to reset it when the customer wants to connect a third device. People may travel with phone, tablet and laptop. "

"There was nothing good here, the entire property hD dust, Isaw hair and lizard in the room. Restaurant jad insects flying around food and I saw a cockroach."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vivanta by Taj on Residency Road. The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. Everything was within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensured that I felt welcomed and valued. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was delightful. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving. Their thoughtfulness and efficiency made a significant difference to my morning. The rooms were another standout feature of the hotel. They were well-appointed with modern amenities that ensured comfort and convenience. The decor was tasteful and elegant, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
