"It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. "The reception staff was not at all helpful. I had booked the hotel with for 2 occupants. And both of us were going to arrive at different times. They did not let me go through. They kept me waiting for couple of hours until the other occupant arrived."
