"Very nice staff."

"Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...

"The hotel was very nice, however, it's directly opposite some kind of club, and music boomed out until about 2am on both nights of my stay. I mentioned this to staff when I checked out, and they said if I'd mentioned it, they could have moved me to a different room. However, I think the booming bass could be heard for miles around, and once you have settled in to a room, it's a real hassle to pack up and move. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"I really am struggling to think of any negatives about my stay so I guess that speaks volumes. The staff can’t do enough for you (without being too overbearing), rooms are of a good quality and the range + standard of food on offer is some of the best I’ve experienced. "
