"The hotel was great with excellent service. We had a 10 hour layover at the airport and thought we’d get a hotel room, but waited about 45 minutes for the shuttle. We lost time in the heavy traffic as well. Signage for the airport shuttle to the hotel was poor, but there were people helping. After waiting such a long time we were then quickly escorted out to a large van. I almost missed the way because if the other shuttles and passengers. I would stay at the hotel again but there’s got to be a better system. Returned to the airport at 5:30 am, with the next shuttle departing at 6:30. "

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
