"We had read the entire Thailand speaks our language. Not a single person in Pattaya and Bangkok understands or speaks English. Not a pleasant experience in this country even after spending a lot of money. About 189 resort: The place is far from all connectivity. The closest BTS station is Bearing which is over 2 kms away from the place. The rooms are good and comfortable bed. Staff was good and willing to help 24hrs though they don’t understand or speak English. We used google translator...

"You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication.
