"Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. "Comfortable stay near beach and Old Town. Staff is friendly but could up their game with respect to info on local sites and transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds are on the harder end of the rather firm Thai spectrum. Food at in house restaurant was good and reasonably priced."

"Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. "

"Great value, comfortable room, facility in great shape, pool very nice. The resort restaurant was very good and better than most in town. Great view from a 3rd floor room facing the sea. Looking forward to returning!"
