"OYO cancelled my reservation in spite of Expedia taking my Credit card details with the condition that if I cancel hotel reservation after a certain date and time, one day room rent will be deducted from my Credit card. On reaching Hotel, I was told by hotel front manager that I do not have any reservation. I have to call OYO who said that because I did not talk to them that is why reservation was cancelled, although I have talked with a customer care executive at 1500 HRS that day that I will...

"Extremely bad experience. Service desk not supportive. Property manager refused for check-in as they don't like rates given by Expedia. Finally got in by paying extra amount. Rooms average. Breakfast average."

"This place claims to be 3 or 4 star but it is none of that, it is a horribly run hotel where guests are given shoddy quality treatment. Also, there is no continental breakfast, it's just Masala dosa and chicken nuggets (which were oily n unpalatable). I recommend avoiding place as even when you tell the staff your concern n give them a chance to fix it they just say "we understand sir, Shay" and then do nothing. "

"It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"

"Staff were very friendly and great stay for a family of four with two small children. Apartment stay was comfortable and facilities were good for a family. Breakfast buffet had good selection of Indian food and also a western section. Chai tea in the morning and afternoon were good as well. "

"The hotel was extremely comfortable and breakfast menu vast and tasty. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The bar service at the Sky lounge unfortunately was very slow, the snacks ordered was extremely slow to be brought to us. We ate what was served but were unable to wait for the whole order to arrive. We were not charged for the food and non alcoholic drinks we consumed which was appreciated. "

Best bed and service

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

Great and comfortable stay

"I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall. Reception staff were helpful. I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again."
