"Good - location, staff, food. Needs attention - cleanliness, room fixtures like bulbs were not working & were left as is even after follow up, bathroom was stinking all the time, open pipe leaking in bathroom, bed covers had stains"

"This place claims to be 3 or 4 star but it is none of that, it is a horribly run hotel where guests are given shoddy quality treatment. Also, there is no continental breakfast, it's just Masala dosa and chicken nuggets (which were oily n unpalatable). I recommend avoiding place as even when you tell the staff your concern n give them a chance to fix it they just say "we understand sir, Shay" and then do nothing. "
