"Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. "This place isnt for someone who is looking for a bit of peace and quiet. They lobby area has dogs roaming around freely. Mosquitoes everywhere, especially outside entrance. The rooms are photoshopped and are very dated. The AC in my room was giving me a headache because of the noise. The bedsheets didnt look clean and its not a place i would recommend.
