"We stayed in the Deluxe River View room, the best room in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The only fault we could find with the room was lack of storage. The 2 pools were lovely, they were quiet during the day when people were out on day trips. Staff were great. "So, after having such nice welcomes.everywhere I've ever been in Thailand, here was a bit of a shock. There is no real welcome and interaction comes across at best nonplussed, at worst rude.
