"The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus. "The Hipster is a no-frills place to stay if you are like us and just sleep there, leaving early in the morning and returning at night. PROS: Near the airport. Quiet side street. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Inexpensive taxi / tuk-tuk ride into the city. Comfortable small lobby area. CONS: Not in the downtown area, so you just can't go out and walk around. Very no-frills rooms, just a typically hard Thai bed, wall mounted TV and small table on the porch area. Bathrooms...
