"Likes: - Friendly and efficient staff overall - Free on-premise (only) bicycle for each adult guest - Hotel transportation to private beach - Great view of lagoon - Privacy as this is a villa only property Improvements needed: - Brakes on most bicycles couldn't stop the bicycles (the property has lots of downward slopes) - need to use feet to stop on the narrow road to avoid incoming buggy cars - Waited ~20 minutes under the hot sun at the outdoor activities centre for the staff to arrive in order to get and use the hotel kayaks"

"We have loved our stay at the beautiful Sawasdee Village. The hotel grounds are stunning, our room (a Cabana Suite) was lovely, the spa treatments amazing and the staff are all fantastic. The hotel was perfectly located, close to the areas bars, shops, restaurants and beach but set far enough back from the main road that it felt like a peaceful haven to return to. We would definitely recommend Sawasdee and would happily stay here again"
