"Before arrived, i texted the hotel to arrange transport, very convenient and price to airport 600THB. Van super comfy and not sharing. At check in, receptionist brief about hotel and escort to our room. They decorated the room as per request with no extra charges. Borrowed their adapter as I forgot to bring mine, no charges as well. But when you turn up at a hotel and they don't even know your coming, no one at reception to meet you, had to ask a stranger to call them, phone number on hotels.com website incorrect and finally get into a room after an hour, then you really want others to know.
