"We had our own private pool on 5th floor, it was great! My only issues were the bed was really hard so not the best sleeps and they did not have coffee creamers at all so if you dont drink black coffee then it sucks, you can however go pay for coffee downstairs at the bar."

At check in, receptionist brief about hotel and escort to our room. They decorated the room as per request with no extra charges. Borrowed their adapter as I forgot to bring mine, no charges as well. But when you turn up at a hotel and they don't even know your coming, no one at reception to meet you, had to ask a stranger to call them, phone number on hotels.com website incorrect and finally get into a room after an hour, then you really want others to know. Had to stay first of 3 nights in one room, then move to ours next day. Not best on a 3 night stay! Service, very poor. Staff just uninterested. "The villa was amazing, a lovely big size, pool was a lovely temperature even for a morning swim. Prakong the manager was very kind and was able to help with all our needs and our lift to Ao Nang. The villa was very well kept and clean. If we come back to this area we will definitely not hesitate to book the villa again!
