"Brand new hotel opened 3 months ago... Very comfortable modern rooms with great beds. The owner was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Great price and cheap food in this area. But when you turn up at a hotel and they don't even know your coming, no one at reception to meet you, had to ask a stranger to call them, phone number on hotels.com website incorrect and finally get into a room after an hour, then you really want others to know. " This hotel is in a Muslim neighborhood. There are speakers on the streets. They pray loud at 5AM or 5:30AM every single day. In vacation the last thing you want is to wake up early like that. Front desk does not speak English at all and it is very hard to communicate. Hotel is a little far from Downtown Krabi. If you want to relax and drink a little bit more it will be very far to walk. By the way no alcohol allowed inside the hotel. Pay $10 more and get a hotel closer to Downtown it is worth."

"My sister and I stayed at Oh I Sea for 2 nights in the family room. The staff was warm and welcoming. The owner helped us organize a trip to Hong Island and our shuttle back to the airport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked great. Only downfall is it's a tuk tuk ride to/from the beach which can get expensive (100-300 baht each way). We rented a motorbike from Oh I Sea which worked out great! Overall, we had a nice stay. No complaints! Thanks for hosting us! "
