"I waited in line to be checked in all while watching 4 clerks help the guests in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes, a Caucasian man walks in the lobby and one of the front desk clerks steps over and helps him immediately!!! I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone cared enough to help me?! Our driver dropped us off at the main building instead of the corner building, but the bellman was so nice helping us get to the right building. He was probably what made the experience great. ...

"The Asia Hotel in Bangkok has been one of my 'standard' places to stay, over many years. Now they have completed their renovations and have done them very well with a quite spectacular lobby. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel, which will not break the budget!"

"We love Avani Riverside, but this time our bed wasn’t comfortable and was too soft and saggy. We both thought maybe it needed to be replaced. But, the room was quiet and the view is just spectacular. Extras are expensive at Avani, but service is excellent and we will always stay here."
