You really can't beat the price and the location if you're in the brighton area. Tim hortons is about fifteen minutes if that and mcdonald's is about six minutes down.The road. This place worked for all of our needs.So, we can enjoy a celebration of life without having any real concerns. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact if needed."

"The main concern is that the listing did not indicate that there was a bottom unit. It was listed as a three bedroom home. In the short time we were there, three different groups were in the bottom unit. One group came to our door as not sure where to go. Parking was not designated for each unit. Bees were on hood of car first day due to nearby nest. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, leftover food in fridge. There was only a half role of toilet tissue when we arrived, so we had to run out and...

"Cute 2 bedroom house with all that you need for your convenience. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning and fans were wonderful for our summer stay. House was very clean and central to downdown Cobourg. Feeling of security knowing the police station is right across the street. Close walking distance to downtown and the Cobourg Beach. The beach is clean and spacious with food trucks and ice cream right there. Parking is the only drawback. You either park on side of the road or the parking lot...
