A mile from Seaport, Aquarium, Olde Mystick Village ( shops, restaurants) 2 very comfy queen beds ( 1 with flat screen) plus a separate futon if needed. "We loved our stay at this beautiful historic house in Mystic, located within close walking distance to the main street and river. Beds were comfortable and furnishings simple, historic, and tasteful. Be aware if you have mobility issues that, being a 150+ year old house, the floors are quite undulating! Thanks for a lovely experience."

"Wonderful, historical property that is half of what is now a duplex. Listing was accurate, location was close to everything in Mystic and all amenities were pretty much included. Host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved this house from the moment we opened the front door. It’s a vintage house modernized beautifully. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, and having four bedrooms, along with the three modern bathrooms was perfect for our eight member family. We loved the coastal decor which gave it a perfect New England flavor and It’s right up the hill from downtown Mystic so access to it was just a walk away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this wonderful house, can’t wait to go back....

"We just rented this beautiful waterfront compound with a main house and four small cottages, and it was fantastic. With kayaks and SUPs available, our group of 16 had a blast on the water. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught bluefish and small striped bass, thanks to the fishing gear provided by Louie, the helpful manager who also supplied firewood for our fire pit. The main house was well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and comfortable furniture. The A/C kept everything cool. The...

"Stayed here for a college reunion with a few other couples. The house was spacious and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was beautiful with many of us either going for a run along the water or walking to the nearby park. Katie was superbly responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do so again!"
