"This house has everything you need and is in a lovely neighbourhood. Our days were spent down in Altea followed by a teatime game of tennis. Peter who is the local contact was so friendly and was there within 30 minutes when we ran out of hot water. He made us feel nothing was too much trouble and insisted we call him even at night ifwe had any problems. The tennis was a new venture to us and to have the keys to a court a few minutes from the house really brought our fitness levels on. The house...

Further afield lovely Indian Nepalese restaurant as you enter denia. You are better off with a car but bus stop no more than five minute walk away with regular times. Beach is one minute walk. "Excellent property, spotless, everything we needed. Stunning views adding to overall relaxing atmosphere. Private and quiet, which was important to us. Thoroughly enjoyed by adults and children. No hesitation in recommending and would be more than happy to return. Excellent communication with owner before, during and after our stay."

"We were 2 families with grown up kids and the house suited us perfectly. Spending most of the time outside, the pool and terrace are great. It has a very relaxed feel, it has everything you need and a short walk to the beach and the restraunts. Eduardo and Maite were prefect hosts, always responding to questions quickly and positively. "For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
