"Conveniently located next to the Dublin Heuston train station, there is easy access to public transit within Dublin or getting to other towns across the country. Upscale hotel, comfortable spacious room, friendly and welcoming staff. Great water pressure in the shower and appreciated kettle in the room and the water refill stations throughout the hotel. This was my mother's favorite hotel during our week-long vacation in Ireland!"

"Very comfortable, and a big shout out to Bruno at the front desk for excellent service. One slight caveat - the soundproofing on the canal view rooms (mine at least) wasn't great, and it let in a lot of road noise. However, it was easy to change rooms. If you're travelling with a dog, don't assume that pubs in Dublin will let you in. Most will turn you away. While the hotel is great with pets, the city is terrible. You need to research where you're going to eat, or - like me - you'll be having dinner in the hotel lobby. "

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and we found the location perfect - just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, safer and quieter, but within easy walking distance to everything."
