"This Ibis is well positioned in a retail park with a number of food options. It is not in the centre of town but a short drive away. It is a basic hotel with a restaurant bar attached. It does the job well. "

"We booked into this property , we were not told in booking that renovation work was being carried out which was very inconvenient. You had to access hotel via underground car park . Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . "Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."

"I’ve stayed here a few times and the hotel itself is lovely, but on this occasion my room stank of cigarette smoke for 3 days straight, couldn’t get away from the smell, as an asthmatic I wasn’t happy the hotel let this happen "

"Another fab stay at the Lodge, which is in a perfect location for exploring north coast. Also lovely to see familiar faces still around despite the hotel having changed ownership. Special request made at time of booking for room with walk in shower accommodated. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in restaurant - service and food excellent. Breakfast wasn't the usual "help yourself buffet" due to the hotel being quiet, but portions were more than generous and food was well prepared and piping...

"Lovely relaxing stay in Redcastle Hotel, food was great though very limited menu chouce in the dinning room. I really enjoyed the sauna, pool etc though it would have been good if hotel residents had of been provided with dressing gowns. Would default stay here again "

"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "

"This was our absolute favorite stay in Ireland. The views were just stunning! It is the cutest and coziest little cottage. The bed was comfortable. The little fire stove was perfect for the evenings. The grill was an awesome extra amenity. It was easy drives to Giants Causeway (about an hour) and to the beaches and to the mountain as well. It was the perfect getaway. It’s easy to get groceries at the shop nearby. "
