"The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "

"The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. "We spent 3 nights here in March. The LUAS (tram) station is literally right outside the door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and used the washer/dryer in our suite. The Dublin Express Bus from the airport dropped us off about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There's a small Centra market across the street."

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....
