"We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. "

"We were a little concerned when we arrived, rang the dorbell and no one seemed there. The lights were on but it took two rings and a long wait before the host unlocked the door. Then she seemed a bit confused about who we were, when we had made our reservation and actually thought we had checked in already earlier that day. The room was nice, had everything we needed. "Lovely B and B. Very convenient for the airport. A 2 euro bus journey, with stops right outside the B and B. Very welcoming host. Lovely breakfast. En suite room. Nearby supermarket and very nice pub."

"Lovely room with great black out curtains as I needed a small nap. Wifi great. I really liked the private area for guests to eat, overlooked the garden. The bathroom was huge which for a girl is great. There was a little box on the floor which had items you could take if you forgot something, had never seen that before, lovely little touch. Great location if using the rail network, 5 mins walk. I walked to the sea which was 10 mins away. Would be back and highly recommend"
