Pretty house, smelled like cat
The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is cute, backyard was fenced which was nice and separate fencing for the pool was nice but the pool supplies all over under the deck was unsightly and a source of worry for the dogs getting into. Driveway was not plowed and the decks were not shoveled, there was a thin shovel line to the door but the trex decking was super slick and the back porch wasn’t touched at all and was the only way to down to the yard from the 2nd floor deck and we had 2 dogs with us that the property owners knew were coming so not sure why the deck wasn’t shoveled to use to take the dogs to the yard. Upon entering the house we were hit with a strong smell of cat and whatever cleaning product they used to try to cover the cat smell was quite overpowering and we all woke up with headaches and stuffed up because of it. We tried to use the ceiling fan over the master bed and it was a hazard- wobbling like it was going to fall right off of the ceiling (i have a video) so we tried to use the window instead and the teeth on the handle to crank the window open were skipping and the window was difficult to open and close. The mirrored closet doors had a broken panel on the bottom of one door, the landing from the bedroom to the tile hall had chipped and missing Wood, the futon had a scratched up arm rest (cat?) there was cat throw up in the laundry room, the gas fireplace made the shiplap wall above extremely hot to the point it may be a fire hazard.
