Our home is located 15 minutes (6 miles) from the Saratoga Race Course and 10 minutes (4 miles) from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for those who like to go for a morning jog or a nice evening walk. Let the kids ride their bikes (you provide) or play basketball on the street hoop (basketballs are provided) without any safety concerns.

The property features a back yard oasis complete with an in-ground pool with large lounging patio, covered hot-tub, plenty of outdoor seating between the two decks/patios, a wood burning fire pit as well as a propane fire table and a gas grill.

When you are done with all the days activities you can retreat to the well appointed inside where there are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms to accommodate 10. A pack and play and booster seat are on site for anyone traveling with little ones. There is a living room on the main floor that can fit several people and a family room in the basement that can provide hours of family fun with card and board games as well as a dart board, foosball table, a convertible pool and air hockey table as well as a Wii gaming system. All the bedrooms and living/ family rooms have TVs with streaming capabilities and local cable connections ranging from 27-60 inches. If there is a need to work there is a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair and a printer. High speed Ethernet connectivity is there if desired and Wi-Fi internet can stream, connect and play it all with no problems. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to make and eat all the family favorites and the dining room and kitchen island can seat 8.

Easy and quick access to the Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Saratoga Casino and Raceway, Saratoga Spa State Park, many Saratoga Golf Courses, Saratoga's Museums, Spas, Mineral Springs, Saratoga Lake and so much more! Also a quick 30 minute drive north to Lake George, Queen of the American Lakes, as well as 30 minutes south to New York States Capital city of Albany. With this central location you will need more time to experience all that this area has to offer.

The location is ideal to take advantage of both Saratoga and Ballston Spa hotspots. There is something for every member of the family. Countless restaurants to suit everyone’s taste buds and mood, coffee shops, breweries, wineries, and who can forget the ice cream. All this within a short drive.
