"The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. "

We loved the peace and quiet at night and our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Our Hosts were very communicative when we had any questions. It was close to the city but still very much in the country. The neighbors surrounding us on Lake Galway were pleasant and friendly, as were the local restauranteurs and merchants. Sunrise cottage is definitely on the return to list"

"We had a great stay in Saratoga! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. Check in was easy and seamless and communication with the property owners was easy as well. All in all a great stay! "

"We were visiting family and the property was perfect. We had a lovely picnic on the back patio. The yard is large with plenty of seating options for our small group. There was a large charcoal grill that had supplies so we were able to make steaks and grill vegetables The home is clean, well appointed, and inviting. We would love to stay there again when we go to visit! The owners are very informative and responsive. We had no needs while on the property. Thank you so much!!!"

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

"The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing"
