"We stayed Christmas Eve into Christmas day. The Mansion is lovely and well kept. It was very quiet and secure. The room was beautiful. Loved the fireplace. Chad was extremely helpful over the phone and made us a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. Matt welcomed us and brought us to our room. Both Chad and Matt were very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner in town on Christmas Eve. Would like to make this an annual tradition!"

"It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. We had a wonderful time!"

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"
