We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot! "

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

There was not enough room at their home so we researched and found this gem. Interior/exterior looked brand new. Clean, well lit, enjoyed the fireplace and open kitchen, dining and living room layout. Easy access to the lake plus a fun deck, kids play area and fire pit. We had 7 in our group and this place...
