"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. Comfy beds, great bath tub, supermarket just a few houses up the road. We were only disappointed there was no breakfast service during our stay as the previous breakfast reviews were fab! "I have stayed at both the cottage and main house before. Minor issue with wifi this time but that was quickly rectified. The unseasonably cold weather during the first few days of our stay made the cottage very chilly until heat was turned on but that's Irish weather. Once weather returned to seasonal norms, there was no further problem. Very comfortable for two people but would be a stretch for any more. Excellent value."

"Nice guesthouse, friendly staff. Its not a modern sleek guesthouse, but you'd probably struggle tonfind that in Killarney anyway. My room actually looked better and more modern than in the photo's. I did struggle with the key lock to get in at night, although im going to put that down to me having a few pints. I didnt have breakfast so cant comnebt on that, but as with most places at th moment needs to be pre booked up until 9pm the night before. Had all the toiletries you'd normally get,...

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
