"We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. "The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"Firstly, I am so sorry to read about the fires that are troubling Sicily and Italy at the moment. We really enjoyed our visit to your island and hope to return and explore the East in the future. As to the apartment. The location was great, the Windows opening in all directions was marvellous. My disappointment was in the poor and broken furnishings and the kitchen was not clean. The music from 'Why Not' went on until after 2a.m. but we had to keep all windows open as the air con was not...
