"Came to Harrogate for a few days and this place was perfect. Has everything you need. It’s clean and the host was very very helpful with great communication. Location is easy to get into Harrogate and even in the snow storm I could walk into the centre as the buses were suspended. There’s a shop at the end of the road and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Can highly recommended."

"Stayed at Apple Tree Corner in Harrogate and we arrived late to a spotlessly clean house that was tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location is ideal, a 15 mins stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Nice quiet and very private location. Loved that the car was safe and it had FREE parking (had to pay everywhere else in Harrogate). The host had some brilliant suggestions in the guest book so we tried Brimhan rocks and Betty’s Tea Room which are highly recommended. Would love to...

"We were disappointed when we arrived because the house hadn’t been heated. It was 14 degrees and we had to spend the evening in the kitchen with our coats on to keep warm. It wasn’t obvious how to change the heating so it reached 16 degrees maximum and was absolutely freezing at night. We have a 3 month old baby so I spent the night worrying he was too cold. "This was just perfect! The house was well stocked including the kitchen and the location could not have been better. It was so lovely just to walk through the church yard to the pub for dinner. I would highly recommend and we will def. be back!!"

"We informed Host and Stay the day we arrived the toilet down stairs was not working. We called them each day we were there to get resolution. They came to look at the toilet the next day in the afternoon and yet they did not fix the toilet. They made no attempt the remaining 2 days we were there. When we left 2 days later, the toilet had not been fixed. Host and Stay has been non-responsive as to offering us a refund."

"What a great flat size, cleanliness and location! The flat was located just on the outskirts of the City Center, which made it very quiet, but also easy and very accessible to the town, sites and restaurants. The mattress was very comfortable, which is a BIG deal when traveling. Overall, a great value for the money! "

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

"Comfortable and well equipped home from home. Welcoming and communicative hosts and an excellent guide to the local area. The parking disc was a handy and thoughtful idea! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cooked a few nights in, kitchen is fine and functional. The bath is large and lovely and the bed comfortable .
