"My husband and I took my mom away for a beach weekend “do-over” after she had a terrible trip with friends a couple months ago. So we had high expectations for making everything perfect and spoiling my mom! This house was ideal in every way for a quiet weekend on BHI. We woke up every morning and headed straight to the beach for a peaceful walk. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. There were also beach chairs, bikes, and two golf carts. Everything about the house was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Lauren was a dream host - super responsive and gave us great tips about the island. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Great location and easy access to the beach - gorgeous views and sunsets. Very clean, with comfortable living and sleeping areas. Gas stovetop, double ovens, and propane gas grill made cooking user friendly and enjoyable. Dishwasher could be updated and 2nd outside trash can should be added. Excellent communication with ITrip staff. "

"We were well taken care of when we had to reschedule our trip due to the tropical storm, and Brandy was absolutely amazing and helpful and courteous and kind and very prompt on her replies to our questions. Couldn't ask for a better managed vacation spot! We LOVED the ocean view and location of Villa 43 (Vitamin Sea)! We saw the most beautiful sunset we've ever seen anywhere on earth (we were both military and have been all over the world). Be sure to bring some essential oils to ward off the biting flies on the beach. They were persistent and bug spray doesn't work on them. No fault of the wonderful folks who manage the island; just one of those things to consider during certain times of the year. Bedrooms nicely done with lots of room and ceiling fans in every room made it very comfortable. Couch and nice rocking chairs in the living room are very nice. The TVs all have multiple steaming services and options for the evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the fridge has filtered water, which was a definite plus. TWO golf carts came in handy and are well cared for. anniversary. "
