"First VRBO I didn’t want to leave. House was perfect for a family of 4. Had room for 4 more. House was very clean and basically brand new interior. Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances, including washer and dryer. No need to bring tubs of groceries or etc.. we ordered groceries delivered from maritime market before our arrival. 2 min walk to beach (or 4 houses down). We were visiting with 3 families 4 doors down . Location was perfect near grocery and shopping. Literally middle of island location. 2 golf carts were fully charged and functional. Both in good shape. We highly recommend this home."

"The house was just lovely and perfect for our Spring Break trip. It has everything you need and is walking or golf cart close to grocery store, coffee, shops, and restaurants.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed for cooking ‘at home’.A couple of things that were absolutely not deal breakers for us but may be to some others. One of the golf carts does have a fair amount of mildew/mold damage on the seats. It was great to have and we just laid blankets/towels down on it but if there’s any sensitivity to it it’s a good heads up.Checkout can be interesting if you’re not taking the early ferry out because a 10am checkout means that the tram will pick you up between 8:45-9:15, so you’re not really getting to experience that last day/morning on the island. With that said, they were accommodating and let us use the golf cart until 11, but we had some back and forth luggage drop off trips to harbor (tram won’t allow you to be picked up early as reservations align to ferry schedule).Overall we would definitely consider the house and hosts again!"

"Villa is in a great location to the beach and BHI club. Plenty of room for 2 adults and teenagers to spread out. The outdoor space was great too. Edie and Katie helpful and easy to work with on the booking and communication during our stay. Definitely recommend villa 40. "

"Shell Cottage is in a quaint spot in the woods, yet only a few minutes to the beach by golf cart. We found the place quite comfortable and in immaculate condition. We'd stay there again!"

"The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. We all enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart and riding around the beautiful area of the island. Great location, central to everything! We chose this rental because it had access to the Shoals club but because the pool was not open yet we did not join. Still happy with our choice and there are many easy beach access points all around. Smooth and easy check in and check out process. Thank you!"

"Enjoyed staying at Keepers Landing. The location is great and close proximity to all the island activities. Offers great privacy and comforts of home. The property has a great selection of extras (bikes, beach chairs etc) to make your stay enjoyable. Very clean and looks just as the pictures describe it."
