"A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. "I like the hotel, because it has a lovely old worldly feel to it, it is very comfortable, lovely lge bed and a pleasant atmosphere all round. Also rooms are quite and lovely and warm."

"A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again."
