"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. As typical in the region beef is not the best and other choices were overcooked. Still, there was enough choice to find a satisfying meal. Their indoor and outdoor mineral pools are very nice. "The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "
