"This hotel is overrated. As a for star hotel it should be compared to the level of service at Hilton and similar and it is far from it. Just as an example, I literally needed to wait half an hour to get my receipt."

"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. "The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "
