The ground floor features a living room equipped with satellite TV and an exit leading to the terrace, as well as a separate dining room and a kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet on this level.

The property is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning for your comfort. On the upper floor, which has sloping ceilings, you will find three separate bedrooms: one room with two beds, another room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), and a third room with a set of bunk beds accommodating two individuals. This level also has an additional separate toilet and is equipped with air conditioning, although there is no heating option available. The outdoor areas include a balcony, a terrace with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, four deck chairs, and a box-room.
