"A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. Viszont a felújítások, állapot javítások hiánya nem kell, hogy az alapvető takarítások nélkülözését is magával vonják. Nagyon sajnálatos, mert ez szuper hely is lehetne."

"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

"Great small, family owned wellness hotel with all the goodies. Breakfast was nice, however, it's only starts at 8:00am. So if you were arriving from California and you are up at 5:00am, and very hungry, you should go to downtown Siofok to grab a bite at Lipoti Bakery, they open like 5:30am. Going back to the Hotel, service was nice, knowledgeble staff, clean and comfy rooms. Television is old style with no English broadcast (CNN or Eurosport). "Love the location, service and property. Noisy at night with clubs nearby blasting dance music until 4 in the morning most nights. Lovely stay otherwise, would definitely recommend"
