The hotel exceeded our expectations: perfect location on the port of Sète, close to a plethora of restaurant and shopping, its own parking space (which would have been a nightmare without, especially during the heart of the French summer vacations), a short walk from a deep in the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are clean, functional, and all you need for a vacation stay / resort town. "We would never stay in this hotel again. The arpets in the room are so old that the room smelled bad, and walking on them left dirt on my socks. This was an Accessable room, so ther was no rim around the shower to keep all the water from flooding the bathroom because the drain was flush with the floor. We had to mop it up ourselves in order to use the toilet without having our feet slosh through an inch of water. The young man at the front desk was friendly and polite, but he said, understandably that there was nothing he could do about it. We prepaid for the breakfast buffet, which was kind of pricey, but the food was good. The mattress was good. The sheets were pretty cheap, but appeared to be clean."
