"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. "Wow! Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities. Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests. From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and close to many shopping and food options. Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "
