"Stayed here for 3 nights the 3 pools and the centrally located bar were the highlight of this resort. The private beach was a nice touch because it was not overcrowded and I enjoyed all the staff being attentive, nice, enthusiastic, & professional. The room itself was spacious however I don’t know if it was my room specifically but the water pressure for the shower was weak that would be my only complaint. "The receptionists were amazing esp Cheng,shes still trainess but shes doing a great job and shes always smiling despite its very busy, and MJ too shes very nice and helpful. I like all the staff as they always kind and smiling.Best service. Esp Angelo at the Towel station in the Pool area. Housekeepers were very amazing as well. We have a cleab room everyday and refill whatever we need in the room. Thank you for making us feel like royals with your amazing service. And by the way the breakfast buffet so delicious. Hennan never fails this is my Home away from home. Second time here and i will come back again next time i travel to Philippines. Thank you guys"
