Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service. "Clean and new. Its a bit of a walk to the beach as its near the main road. And the walk to the beach from the hospital area is very narrow and not a good area but the Dmall way isthe better way to the beach. The receptionists were cery nice and upgrade us to a better room with d piil view"
